Aside from the monetary benefits received (his wealth was valued at about $25,000,000 at the time of his death), because Pulitzer’s efforts to serve were so extraordinary, his work can be considered a trans-sacrifice that amounted to rewards for the people, rewards for himself, and rewards for God since God Himself laid the spiritual ground work for the Journalistic endeavors.
